For several years we couldn't decide whether to sell or not, Martin would patiently visit on request, and talk us through the current situation in the housing market, without putting any pressure on us. He would also give guidance on what to do  in the house, that would help sell it. When we finally mind up our minds, he kept us updated at each  step and helped achieve  a  good outcome for us. It is clear that Martin  has a very good understanding of the local market.
