We also carry full public liability and office insurance and are in receipt of the Property Services Regulatory Authority Licence (Number 004347). Our valuations, sales and rental services are used by several banks, Cork County Council, receivers, large employers and the National Asset Management Agency.

We love property and everything about the business. We are a very focused property services business specialising in the Clonakilty region. In our area we know every road, townland, and a lot of the time, feel like we know every property, buyer and tenant.

With 18 years experience of the local property market Martin Kelleher has previously worked with Lisney, Cork & SWS Property Services, Clonakilty.  Martin Kelleher qualified as one of Irelands first TEGoVA Recognised European Valuers.
